The Corscombe Trail Races are being organised as a community event, and they depend on the time, support and goodwill of a number of local organisations, groups and individuals.
We’re grateful to everyone helping us bring the event together.
The Corscombe Fundraising Committee is supporting the event as the local organising and financial body, working with the race team to help deliver the event alongside the Corscombe Village Fête.
The trail races form part of the wider village fête day on Saturday 12 June 2027.
The fête provides the wider community setting for the event, with runners and supporters encouraged to stay after the races and enjoy the day.
The Corscombe Running Group is providing the running-community base for the event, helping with planning, local knowledge, route development, promotion and volunteer support.
We are also working with FOSSA, the Friends of Sticklands School Association, who are supportive of the event in principle and are exploring ways to help with the wider race day.
Further details of their involvement will be confirmed as planning develops.
A number of local businesses and specialist event suppliers are also supporting the planning and delivery of the races.
We will add confirmed partners, sponsors and suppliers here as arrangements are finalised.
